A QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE FROM THE FLEMING COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON COVID-19

· All State relate Covid-19 information is on the Kentucky State Website:

· If you feel you have symptoms of Covid-19 call the KY Covid-19 Hotline: 1-800-722-5725

· If you want to report non-compliance of the Covid-19 executive measures the investigation hotline is 1-833-597-2337. The Kentucky Labor Cabinet will man the hotline from 7:30 am to 9pm

· On-Line complaints of non-compliance of the Covid-19 executive measures can be made at kysafer.ky.gov.

· If you suspect charity scams and price gouging related to the Covid-19 pandemic, call the Kentucky Attorney General’s office at 1-888-432-9257 or follow the link to file a complaint at the bottom of the page at kysafer.ky.gov.

· If there are local Covid-19 non-compliance issues, please contact Stephanie Fryman at the Fleming County Health Department at 606-845-6511 or 606-748-9031. Please DO NOT CONTACT Law Enforcement Entities unless there is an emergency.

· Amy Kennedy from BTADD sent this information from yesterday’s meeting that we wanted to share with you call.

· Anyone ages 60 and older can request up to 5 meals per week during this crisis period. No income or qualifying criteria to receive such meals. They simply need to contact the Buffalo Trace Aging Disability Resource Center at 606-564-7084 and request these for home delivered or to be picked up at the senior centers in any of the 5 counties. Licking Valley CAP is the provider of these meals but we are doing the intake for them.

· Individuals who have been laid off after 3/1/2020 are eligible for an additional $600 per week plus their regular unemployment benefit. The additional $600 per week is for a period of 16 weeks. These individuals need to file online at kcc.ky.gov. If they have difficulty filing, they can call the Maysville center at 606-564-3447. There is a schedule provided by the Governor to file during the week by last name on the website.

· They don’t have a lot of details on the Old Pogue Distillery sanitizer but it is being offered for health care providers, meal preparers, case managers, etc. (we think is 80 proof).
